Caring Animal Partners

Founded in 1996, Caring Animal Partners certifies and insures Therapy Animals and their human partners. These teams then visit a variety of Nursing homes, Hospitals, Retirement Communities, Libraries and Schools in New Hampshire and Vermont. A 501(c)3 non-profit, we seek to bring the love and happiness of our well socialized, gentle pets to those who cannot have them. Studies have shown that interacting with pets can reduce stress, decrease the incidence of minor illnesses and lower blood pressure and heart rate. Pet visits can stimulate verbal response in very silent or withdrawn people. Our mission statement is: Well mannered pets, certified with human partners, have a mission to serve the area as ambassadors of love and compassion.
