Fort at No. 4

The Fort at No. 4 is an Independent Open-Air Museum and Historic Landmark. The museum's focus is on the multi-cultural, multi-layered and complicated life in the Upper Valley of the Connecticut River during the 18th century. A number of platforms are used to engage visitors in the culturally rich life at the edge of the woods including: living history; reenactments; static display; classes; walking tours; festivals; and presentations. The museum is a private, non-profit organization.
