Kearsarge Food Hub

Kearsarge Food Hub is a nonprofit, grassroots organization dedicated to reinvigorating the Kearsarge and surrounding community around a restorative food system. We envision a resilient and connected community where everyone has access to healthy local food, where farmers are supported and the land is nourished and celebrated, and where every neighbor experiences equal access to the resources and benefits of community. We are a multi-faceted organization with many programs that serve our mission. Sweet Beet Market is our year-round, indoor local food market, complete with fresh local produce, meat, dairy, eggs, thoughtfully sourced groceries and home goods, plus fresh baked goods from our own on-site bakery. Sweet Beet Farm is where we grow food with regenerative, sustainable farming practices. Sweet Beet Kitchen is where experiment with sourdough baking, while also exploring making use of farm abundance and limiting waste. Our food security programs support local food pantries, school backpack programs, and home gardeners. Our educational programs support learners from first grade through college level. Our aggregation and distribution infrastructure supports local farmers and producers. Our commitment to serving the community is the driving factor for all that we do.
