All 12 motel rooms have picture windows overlooking Lake Sunapee with heat, seasonal air conditioning, private bath, hair dryer, alarm clock, free Wi-Fi, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, flat screen TV. Some units have private screen porches; others have outdoor patio sitting areas. Two pet friendly rooms may be available; call for details. All rooms and porches are non-smoking; we are a NON-SMOKING property and smoking is only allowed in designated locations away from the buildings.
